Important Deadlines
- Last date for submission of Abstracts: 25 March 2018.
- Communication for acceptance of papers: 15 Apr 2018.
- Last date for submission of Full paper: 30 Apr 2018.
Guidelines for Paper Presentation
- The paper should be relevant to the theme.
- Registration of the conference is mandatory.
- Abstracts must be submitted before 25th March 2018 and should be in English language only.
- The paper to be presented can be an original paper, case series, case report, etc. which will be categorised for the presentation. Please specify the type of your paper when submitting the abstract.
- The abstract and full paper will be accepted for oral\poster presentation after due scrutiny by scientific committee.
- The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 in 150 to 200 words with a maximum of 5 keywords carrying title in Bold.
- The title of the paper should be given with the authors. Please specify the corresponding author.
- Orgainse your paper into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References etc as suitable for the type of paper.
- Relevant references should be provided to facts and figures quoted. The references should be given in superscript and bibliography in Vancouver style only.
- Papers presented earlier in another conference may be presented in this conference with due acknowledgements.
- You are required to make a Powerpoint presentation (in not more than 10 slides) (ver 2011 or newer) in .pptx format for presenting before the judges.
- Please make the presentation in 4:3 aspect ratio for optimum projection.
- You will be given 05 min for presenting your paper, which will be followed by questions from the judges (02 min).
- A Windows laptop and projector will be made available in each presentation room. Macintosh compatibility is not guaranteed.
- Presentations may be recorded and made publically available. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the Chair of your session prior to starting your presentation. Contact the program committee immediately if you are unable to attend the conference.
- The abstract\full paper must have author name(s), affiliation, college name, email id, postal address as well as mobile number.
- Some selected full paper of conference will be published in a special issue in UGC Approved journal called Human Kinetics or in any magazine with ISSN No.
